A talk from Ivor Stolliday on "How to help yourself"

A wonderful talk this evening from our very own Ivor on "How to help yourself." Ivor spoke about reflections on the self help book market and the rise of the genre in recent years. He also spoke of his interest in Marcel Proust which was fascinating and I think we will all be buying a copy. A great talk really enjoyed by everyone!! Thank you so much Ivor!
